What we collect. When you contact us or book a call, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, role, and the content of your message. Our website collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and - only with your consent - send occasional insights. We never sell personal data.
Client data. Financial data shared during engagements is processed solely to deliver the engaged services, under the security controls described in our Trust Center, and is governed by the engagement agreement and NDA.
Retention & your rights. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to prasad@cfologic.com. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.
Processors. We use a small set of vetted processors - Microsoft 365 (email, storage), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Cal.com (scheduling) - each bound by their own compliance frameworks.
