What we collect. When you contact us, book a call or use a form on this site, we collect what you provide: name, email, company, role and the content of your message. Separately, the site collects usage data as you browse: pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and a recording of how you move through a page. The services that do this are named below.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and - only with your consent - send occasional insights. We never sell personal data.
Client data. Financial data shared during engagements is processed solely to deliver the engaged services, under the security controls described in our Trust Center, and is governed by the engagement agreement and NDA.
Retention & your rights. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to prasad@cfologic.com. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.
Third parties we share data with. We use a small set of vetted services. Each one receives data automatically as you use the site, and each is bound by its own privacy terms. We never sell personal data.

Where your data goes. These providers are US-based and your data is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the US, that means your data crosses a border when you use this site.
What we do. CFOLogic provides finance operations and advisory work: bookkeeping and the monthly close, financial statements, payroll coordination, accounts receivable and payable, management reporting, FP&A, and fractional CFO support. Where your engagement letter says so, we also prepare and file tax returns. What is in scope for you is what that letter says, and it governs over anything written here.
What we do not do. We do not perform audits, reviews or compilations of financial statements, and we express no assurance on them. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not provide investment advice or recommend securities. We do not provide services that require a licence to practise public accountancy. Where you need any of that, you engage a licensed provider for it directly; we support them with clean records and whatever reconciliation they ask for.
Your own accountant. Much of our work is built to hand off. The books we keep are books your CPA, CA or tax adviser can file from, and on engagements where you already have one, they keep doing the filings, the year end and the audit. We are not a replacement for them and we do not sign anything on their behalf.
What we publish. Articles, case studies, calculators and guides on this site are general information, written for a broad audience, and are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice for your situation. Figures, rates and thresholds are current at the date of publication and change. Nothing here creates a client relationship; that starts with a signed engagement letter.
Results we describe. Case studies and outcomes on this site describe what happened on particular engagements, with the client’s permission. They are not a forecast of what will happen on yours.
The estimator is an estimate. The figures the pricing tool returns are built from published rates and the answers you give it. They are not a quote, an offer or a contract. Where a plan is scoped rather than fixed, the tool says so; your fee is confirmed in writing after a scope review.
What sits outside a fee. Third-party software subscriptions on the standard plans, tax filing software, audit and assurance, and legal advice are not included in a subscription fee. What is in and what is out is written into your engagement letter, which governs over anything on this site.
Prices change. Fees shown here are current at the date of publication and may be revised. The price that applies to you is the one in your engagement letter.
Comparisons with other providers. Where we cite another provider's price, it is the figure published on that provider's own pricing page on the date stated beside the comparison, and we link to the source so you can check it. Those prices are theirs to change and may have moved since. Comparisons of what a plan includes are our reading of each provider's published description of its own service.
Other companies' names. Product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Naming a provider is not a claim of affiliation, partnership or endorsement in either direction.
